"Coaches who can outline plays on a black board are a dime a dozen. The ones who win get inside their player and motivate.” - Vince Lombardi

Does your team appear bored, unmotivated, stressed, or even burned out? There are simple changes that you can take to reignite them.

1. Talk to your team and ask them what makes them feel motivated. Create specific actions or programs that aligns to this information.

2. Keep lines of communication between you and your team open and fluid. This means regular one-on-one meetings and informal check-ins. Ask them what they need to stay connected to their work.

3. Find ways for your team to be more involved with brainstorming and solutions creation. They want to feel valued and heard.

These fixes are easy actions that can boost productivity, motivation, and overall happiness at work.
